Just last week my daughter and myself took a cooking class. It was a Christmas gift I purchased for Rachel. I could not send her by herself, now could I? Having heard nothing but great things about the Dirty Apron Cooking School we ventured out last Wednesday evening to learn the fine art of French cooking.
"Channel your inner-Julia Child as you conquer classic recipes such as the decadent Lobster Thermidor, hearty Boeuf Bourguignon, and sinful Chocolate Soufflé"
These are three things I have never made before, only because I have been too timid. Oh! My! Gosh! Really, really easy peasy!
It does help you are mixing & chopping in a beautiful state of the art restaurant kitchen. Nothing like cookin' with gas I tell you. Each ingredient was measured for your convenience. I need to buy myself one of these.
Between each course we made our way to the dining room, to savour our creations with a glass of wine. Whilst we were dining away, little kitchen fairies came to each station to clean up and layout the next set of ingredients. Oh! Heaven! I would cook everyday at home if this was the case.
I have posted a few pics that are not from our evening, although we had brought the camera we were far to consumed with our inner Julia to even take the camera out.
